i cant turn on my bluetooth and after troubleshooting i got this

where can i find the solution?

If you need to install the W8 bluetooth driver for your model, you need this one...

 

This package contains the driver installation package for the Ralink Bluetooth in the supported notebook running supported operating systems.

the error is still there and the bluetooth trun is still gray
