Hi:

 

For what model PC and what operating system?

 

The first ID needs the Intel Management Engine Interface driver installed and the second one is the fingerprint scanner that needs a driver.

Below are the links to the drivers you need.

 

In order for the HDMI port to work, you need to install the applicable graphics driver for your specific model G0.

thanks so much however maybe you can elaborate more on the hdmi/projector failure because i have already installed the graphics drivers

As far as to why the HDMI isn't working if the graphics driver is installed, unfortunately that I would not know.

Hi:

 

You need to install the graphics driver and that will probably also fix the HDMI issue too.
