Hello,

 

HP Laptop 9480m is with UEFI Bios Settings. It boot from PXE to install OSD using SCCM.

It is not getting moving forward after the PXE-E18 Server response Timeout message.  It waits for some time and boots into next boot device. It boots from PXE in Legacy BIOS settings. Other HP Models are boot from PXE to perform the OSD in UEFI BIOS settings.

 

 

 

Please help why PXE-E18 Server response Timeout  occurs in PXE boot with UEFI bios settings and how to solve it.

You misunderstand our role here.  We provide CONSUMER grade support -- to individuals who purchased HP products for personal use.

 

SCCM is an Enterprise product for systems deployment.  We do not provide support for that work here.

 

HP Enterprise is a different company now and we are not part of that.
