I have reinstalled my HP Pro x2 612 G1 Tablet (Product number: F1P91EA#AK8), Windows 8.1.
Finger touch works fine, but not when I use a pen. It doesn’t react at all.
If I start ‘Pen tablet Properties’ I get the error message:
‘A supported tablet was not found on the system.’
I have installed ‘Wacom Digitizer Driver 7.1.3.14 REV. A’ from HPs website (SP68161).
Wacom driver version 3.2.0.1
Display adapters: Inter® HD Graphics Family, driver version 10.18.10.3960
What’s missing? No errors in the device manager.

Hi,
I've got the same problem over here.
Reinstalled the computer from scratch and then after a while the problem came back.
Found out that the reason for this is the graphic driver 10.18.10.3960
I've you install the driver 10.18.10.3470 there will be no problem unfortunatly uninstalling the 10.18.10.3960 driver is no solution. You have to go back to a system restore point from before installing this driver or start from scratch again.

Hi Mange1111
Not sure if you are still having this problem or not I've been having the same problem regarding the Stylus PEN on the HP Pro X2 612 G1 and everything i read didnt work but i did find a soultion and got the Pen working.
The drivers from HP (SP68161) didn't work when i did a Windows 8.1 rebuild with SCCM 2012 R2 as i downloaded the HP Driver Pack so i download these driver from http://us.wacom.com/en/feeldriver/ extract the required drivers i needed Imported them into SCCM Driver Package did another WIn8.1 Rebuild and BANG!!!!! it worked:smileyhappy:
Happy Happy Days!!!!!:smileyhappy::smileyhappy::smileyhappy:
hope this helps
Sorry, just found the URL Link didnt work but it does now.

Hi,
could you please provide some more details about how you did get the working again ?
I've been fighting with the issue for weeks and still no good result.
So far I did manually uninstall HP graphics driver 10.18.10.3910 and replaced it with generic intel driver 10.18.14.4222.
Then uninstalled the HP wacom driver and reinstalled again from a prevously donwloaded package. Still not working, manually uninstalled the wacom driver and tried the Feel driver you mentioned your post. Still not getting it working.
It's driving me mad. I'd really like to avoid a system restore just because of a single failed driver. In fact I already had do this once before because of a failed 4G modem driver update.
Thanks for any information that brings me closer to getting the pen on my hybrid working.

Manage1111, how do you get to full HD resolution? Is it through the regular resolution window? I'm troubleshooting this for a client and don't have access to his x2 right now, but I'd like to be able to guide him through it.

had the same issue.. tracked to a language pack and keyboard layout.
go to settings and change to english US and then select the handwrighting option...
i was using an New zealand language/keyboard pack and also had no handwrighting option until i changed these details.
using an X2 1012 now the handwrighting icon is lit and im able to use the pen .. and its fantastic!
