Until a couple days ago my Hp pen is no longer configured to my Hp spectre x360's touch screen so it no longers works. If I use my finger the touch screen works but not the pen. I tried changing the battery, performing updates and looking at solutions but nothing is working. Is there a HP tech support store or number because this online option is not working

Does anyone else get tired of the same "reinstall every driver and OS update forever for every product you ever owned" answers?

 

I guess it makes sense if it solves 20-30% of issues but most aren't drivers... at least they shouldn't be for a brand new device.
