HP 15-f272wm
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My computer recently started to move very slowly often freezing, feels a bit hot too. I ran a system component test at startup and it gave me a failure ID:RG9KLX-87K8K8-MFPX6J-60RS03. Can you tell me whats wrong and how i can i fix the problem. i have ran virus scans, used cleanup tools however that doesn't seem to help.

Hi,

Which component test you did?

Error message indicates hardware component is failing or had failed, you've to replace this.

Ran a Fast system test and performed all component tests. But i think its the hard drive and system test that failed.Capture.PNG

Hard drive has to be replaced with a new one of similar form factor

2.5 inch SATA HDD

Use HP Recovery USB that you must have created after first setup of this notebook, to factory reset after replacement of HDD
