HP Recommended

Well from everything you've told me on this thread. Those things have been ruled out and looking at the battery contacts, the fit of the battery compartment and the motherboard would be the next steps. It's up to you on taking it to a professional. That would be my suggestion. They can easily swap parts out and have a multimeter that can read voltages so they could probably get it taken care of faster for you. If you find out the cause of the problem, update the thread with that news, if you get a chance 🙂 Good luck!
