Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed)

Unable to resolve this error even though uninstall the driver.

Did all scan but failed to resolve.

 

Anyone have any solution?

 

What device is this port handling?

Sounds like a driver issue try updating all the drivers.

Unplug the laptop from the power completely for 15 minutes or so take battery out aswell, also unplug the adapter from the wall then replug it in that should fix it.
