I'm having the same problem.
Stand-by motherboard led is always lighting. Heartbeat is blinking. PSU_ON is lighting.
No display to the monitor.
The fun is runing fast all the time.
There's no possibility to boot from CD-ROM, no POST is executed.
I removed 4 RAM DIMM, disconnected both HardDrive and when I power on, the server beeps, hence I thing something is executing during power-up but no image to the display, neither no light on a PS-2 keyboard nor an USB keyboard.
Wha't could I do?
