Wow you're asking alot.
http://www.notebookcheck.net/AMD-Radeon-HD-8750M.87147.0.html
these games are tested on this videocard.
So the games won't run on ultra settings but they will run on Windows
By the way this laptop is send with linux. so i don't know if this is your intention.

To give you an answer on your question:
HP switchable graphics sould do the following:
If you do basic work on your pc like edit word documents, internet ,read mail then the laptop goes to the standard videocard built into the CPU,
If you demand more from the GPU the laptop automatically switches to the second videocard.
I do agree with banhien, He said that you can't upgrade graphic cards from laptops. there are some exeptions but you don't want to do it!
The laptop which you are looking at does have a (I call it a level 2 videocard), this means that this is not a high end videocard. Your laptop will play games but not on high settings.
There are 3 version of the laptop you suggested (on your website)
Which one do you want?

even on low settings it will be good for me 🙂 im going to buy 17inch i3-3120m, 4gb ram, HD4000 & amd radeon 8750m. 500 hard drive. and also i want to ask should i upgrade ram on 6 gb or 8gb and will it be usefull?

If you want to have a fluid expreience then go for 8GB ram it will boost the speed.
the I3 is not for gaming. If you want to play a bit better you should go for the I5 version.
Once you have the i5 version and the 8gb ram you have almost the same laptop as me.
From my own experience you can play even BF4 on high if you don't care about 30 FPS
The diffrence is that i have a GTX 460M an that one is a bit faster but not much.

The I5 actually is faster 3.2 GHz vs 2.5 GHz
Remember that 17.3 inch is a big laptop. So not suitable for of moving or school.
