Your could try creating bootable media from another machine with Windows 7 or so?

Hi Visruth,
Sorry didn't respond earlier - someone can help d/l the program from Asus computer.

Please give me the link for it and detail instruction ... I really hoping the computer will be working good again.

Anna,

Same link I posted in my first post is what you've to use. You've to use Windows 7 or higher OS to create the bootable installation USB.
