I have another problem and this I need to contact HP support live agent.
I have this product delivered last month,  March 2017 - and HP does not recognize it?

  Need emergency help - I need to return it for defective product and when I tried resetting the PC - now it 's on 'create an account for this PC' screen. 
What should i do?

Thanks for the link anyway - it will be useful for future use. 
It took only a minute or two to chat with Microsoft live agent and that last poblem solved and the PC is on it's way to the seller. .

Hi Anna,


Follow the instructions given in my first post in this thread - to create UEFI bootable Windows 8.1 installation USB.

Then enter BIOS to disable secure boot, plug in the installation USB, change boot order to USB - continue to boot from USB to install Windows 8.1

Got this screen all the time:
Boot device not found
Please install an operating system on your disk
Hard Disk <3F0>

F2 System Dianostic. 

I did Hard disk checked Quick and Extensive: both passed
Memory test: passed 

I did hard reset, restored BIOS setup default setting, 
And stiil getting the same message.
