Hi @tanmoy_debnath,

Welcome to HP Forums, this is a great place to get support, find answers and tips.

Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you.

I understand that you are facing issues with your HP Imprint Notebook wherein the display stopped working after installing the AMD Radeon R5 M330 graphics card.

This issue could occur if the latest or correct drivers are not installed.

Let's go through a few steps to troubleshoot this issue.

I suggest that you uninstall the AMD Radeon drivers from device manager and install the latest driver from AMD website using AMD autodetect tool.

  1. Press the Windows key and the x key together, select Device Manager.
  2. Expand the Display Adapters section.
  3. Find the Graphics Driver.
  4. Right click Graphics Driver and select Uninstall.
  5. Select the checkbox Delete the driver software for this device.
  6. Reboot the computer after uninstall process has finished.

Download the AMD Driver Autodetect tool from the link: AMD Driver Autodetect and then install the latest drivers.

Also let us know the model number of the computer from the link: How to Find Your HP Product Model Number

Let me know how this works.

You have a good day ahead.
