Hello,

We have recently acquired a number of HP probook 6560b laptops. Now we have issue's on all of them that the laptop loses it's wireless connection every 5' to 10"..

I've you reboot or disable/enable the Wifi then the connection is back for app. 5'.

Any ideas?

What is the operating system and version?

What is the model of the wireless module?

Best regards,

Standard Windows 7 directly from the factory and the wireless card is a Intel centrino Advanced-N 6205.

With a USB Belkin Wireless N adapter it works fine.

For Intel wireless adapters it is better to use the drivers straight from Intel. Here is a link to the location of the driver list by operating system at Intel.
