Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Probook 4520s has issue with Web Camera after upgrade to Windows 10.
Skype and other software have not access to camera.
Drivers installed after upgrade - HP Universal Driver (Realtek Driver) looks OK at Device Manager.
Resolving:
- Delete of Arcsoft Camera Sharing (installed under Windows 7 early) at Device Manager.
- Download and install Realtek PC Camera Driver from Realtek support area at site:
NB needs to reboot.
Skype now see camera and works OK.
