Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Probook 4520s has issue with Web Camera after upgrade to Windows 10.

 

Skype and other software have not access to camera.

 

Drivers installed after upgrade - HP Universal Driver (Realtek Driver) looks OK at Device Manager.

 

Resolving:

- Delete of Arcsoft Camera Sharing (installed under Windows 7 early) at Device Manager.

- Download and install Realtek PC Camera Driver from Realtek support area at site:

 

http://www.realtek.com/DOWNLOADS/downloadsView.aspx?Langid=1&PNid=30&PFid=43&Level=4&Conn=3&DownType...

 

NB needs to reboot.

 

Skype now see camera and works OK.

Many Thanks!!  This also worked on a HP Probook 4720s after spending hours futiley on other suggested solutions.
