All of the i5/i7 series processors listed in the service manual I posted above, are 2nd generation.

I can't tell you with 100% certainty that they will work, since I don't have your notebook, and I never attempted to install one of those processors in it.
The service manual says they will work, is all I can say.
You should check your notebook's support and driver page and read the BIOS download files' release notes to see if you need to update the BIOS before installing one of the processors listed.

Hi:
Below is the link to the sevice manual for your notebook PC. Please see chapter 1 for the specs.

Because it is a CTO PC, I don't know what processor you have installed (AMD or Intel).
But you know, and you can read the manual as to the highest supported processors for either type.
Max memory is 8 GB for either type processor.
PC3-10600 (DDR3-1333).
Now, if you have an i3 processor with the shared system memory video (UMA), you would have to stick with the i3 processors, or swap out the motherboard.
Same with the AMD processors. You can't upgrade any of those unless you swap out the motherboard.

This is My current processor Intel Pentium B940. My motherBoard is Apparently to what this Programs says Is Hewlett-Packard Model1695 KBC Version 15.1F.
So Up to What processor will I support? And If i got 2 Sticks of Any 4GB's Of Ram it would work?
SO since i dont Have a i3 of any Kind i suppose i would be fine?

I would verify the chipset you have...HM55 or HM65.
Use this tool if you don't know:
http://www.intel.com/support/chipsets/sb/CS-009266.htm
Each chipset probably uses different processors.
And I don't know which use which. Or course the HM65 would use the second generation processors, but I am not sure about the HM55.
Memory: You can buy any PC3-10600 memory that is unbuffered, non-ECC.

Hi:
I would say, yes that is correct.
Memory is max at 8 GB however, according to the specs.
You can run the free crucial memory scanner to confirm the 8 GB max, or if it reports otherwise.

I can only go by what the manual says since I don't have your model notebook, and never tried an 8 GB memory module in one of the slots.
Theoretically it is possible, as the sandy bridge chipset can support up to 16 GB of memory in a notebook PC.
Theoretically.

Also How would i would be able to tell if a Processor is 2nd Gen.
