I'm receiving a message about every 3 minutes stating the ( D drive ) is full, in the Red zone. I recently installed MS Office 365, 1 year substription to replace my prior MS pay by the month office 365 program. My first contact was MS to check out their programs. The technican reported that all programs backup were automatically going to the D drive because HP initially set it up that way. I searched everything I could on the HP website and it directed me here. Could someone that knows how to correct this issue please be kind and help me out? Also, I use wireless internet.
If so recovery partition is not usable anymore as it had been corrupted. Have you already created HP Recovery USB using HP Recovery Manager after first setup of this notebook? You do not need Recovery partition anymore.
You can disable restore points creation/system protection for D:\ drive
