Cannot successfully pair Motorola Razr M phone, last two drivers won't load, suspect it's because the last two Atheros bluetooh drivers are not loading properly either. Tried to upgrade to the latest drivers this is when I noticed the issue with the bluetooth drivers (didn't work with the older drivers either), current driver ver. 8.0.1.314 from Qualcomm site, when I look at driver in device manager says it's working properly.  Bluetooth mouse works, have worked on this all day, adding removing rebooting... help in resolving this would be greatly appreciated!

I'm having trouble with the bluetooth, maybe this is the wrong area to post my problem. I did the system info and it didn't come back with a Product Number, it is an HP Probook 4535s, serial number [Personal Information Removed], Bios F-20-11/11/2011

Bluetooth built in Qualcomm Atheros AR30113.0 + HS. I tried uninstalling the adapter and deleting the driver before installing the new drivers from Qualcomm which consists of a list of aprox 12, and all but the last two load properly, it acts like it doesn't find whatever file it needs. let me know if you need further info/details.

I downloaded and tried that on from the first link you showed but during the install it stopped because it said I wasn't running Windows XP, even though it clearly says for Windows 7 as well so I went directly to Qualcomm Atheros  and downloaded and installed the latest ver. 8.0.1.314 from this link, https://www.atheros.cz/atheros-wireless-download.php?chipset=86&system=8

The product page link looks about right except I have Window 7 professional 64 bit,  I installed the Operating System Enhancement.

Never heard anything back, is this one too tough to solve here?
