Hi. I have HP Pavilion 15-e068se but I Can't instal Qualcomm Atheros Bluetooth 4.0+HS Driver for Microsoft Windows 8
i have error like ( this driver not present or maybe eject plz insert and reinstal ) ?!!!? plz help me

Now I know why, as in my very first reply, it's NOT a qualcomm card, it's a Ralink card. Please use the following driver:
http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp64001-64500/sp64082.exe
You may need the following one for Bluetooth:
http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp64001-64500/sp64156.exe

Hi,
Based on the following link, there are few options for wireless card on your computer:
Are you sure it is " Qualcomm Atheros Bluetooth 4.0+HS" ? If yes please use the following file:
http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp63001-63500/sp63076.exe
Otherwise, please post back the Hardware Id of its wireless card.

Ok, it's not "Qualcomm Atheros Bluetooth 4.0+HS" then, that why I asked you on my revery first reply. Now, we need hardware id. The following link shows you how to get it:
