Query about formatting my Laptop

HP Recommended
Example: Pavilion P001tx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

 I got my laptop with Windows 8.1 installed. Then I upgraded that to Windows 10. My question is if i format my system now will it be in Windows 10 only or will it revert it back to Windows 8.1? Please help me out.

@PrajwalK

You format the system now you will get nothing. But you can create Windows 10 installation media and reinstall Windows 10 on your machine,

   https://www.microsoft.com/en-au/software-download/windows10

During the installation process, please skip enter key step and your machine will activate automatically when you come online

Regards.
