If i try to restore my system does it delete files in d drive e drive and f drive? or it just deletes files and softwares which are present under c drive?. i dont want to delete files which are in other drives apart from c drive. So help me out how to recover it.

System Restore is different feature than HP Recovery (Reset function).

I believe you are asking for the HP Recovery and Reset function. If yes, only C:\ drive is reset

D:\ partition is usually the partition where recovery files are stored and E/F is HP Tools partition.

You should *not* attempt to store your personal files in these partitions.

There is also an option to perform Reset of the Windows OS with option to keep the files at the moment.

 

 

It is recommended that you create back up of your files ouside the HDD - on external devices, for example.
