HP Pavilion TouchSmart 11 NoteBook PC 11-e004AU
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

hi all,

i have the HP Pavilion TouchSmart 11 NoteBook PC 11-e004AU laptop it had come with Windows 8 but had a lot of issues with the Bluetooth connectivity.

so i upgraded to Windows 10 64-bit but there are no drivers for the Mediatek (Ralink) Bluetooth Software Driver for Windows 10 64-bit os on the Software and Drivers page.

i have tried using the Windows 8.1 64-bit Mediatek (Ralink) Bluetooth Software Driver but it does not work.

i contacted HP Support they advised me to contact Microsoft helpdesk or Mediatek/Ralink Support and they referred me back to HP Support.

i have tried contacting Mediatek/Ralink in this regards but they do not have a webiste/support for drivers and advise us to contact the laptop manufacturers.

this issue has been going on for a very long time now, kindly help me in this regards.

thank you

regards

Hi:

There is only one W10 Mediatek/Ralink BT driver and it is this one.

11.0.761.0 Rev.A    Windows 10 (64-bit)     Jun 18, 2015

This package contains the driver installation package for the Mediatek Bluetooth in the supported notebook models running a supported operating system.

Don't get your hopes up on it working, or working for long.

As the new releases of W10 keep rolling out the Mediatek/Ralink wifi adapters quit working correctly.
