i need a ralink bluetooth pcie adapter / ralink bluetooth 4.0 adapter windows 8.1

i am unable to find the upgrade for this driver can anyone help?

 

my laptop is running windows 8 x64 bit

HP Pavilion TouchSmart 15-n005au Notebook PC (ENERGY STAR)

1.Download hp support assistant.

 2.Run it and go to the tab updates and tune-ups.

3.Click in the button check for updates. It will find you the updates. 

4.Click in the button Download and Install.

5.When it finish restart your computer.
