Hi:

Here is the link to the W10 Mediatek (Ralink) BT driver...

This package contains the driver installation package for the Mediatek Bluetooth in the supported notebook models running a supported operating system.

File name: sp71572.exe

Will this work on a HP ProBook 4540s. It has also the Ralink bluetooth 4.0 adapter

Hi:, @Per53 :

You have nothing to lose by giving it a try...

Hi and thanks.

How big is the chance.  I mean it is HP , Ralink (Mediatek) and bluetooth adapter 4.0.

What if it does not work.

Can i uninstall windows 10 and go back to 7 without any problems. I changed more than the windows installation!

Maybe I stay with windows 7.

You're very welcome.

I have no idea what the odds are.  It all depends on how old of a hardware revision of the RT3090 wlan card that driver supports.

If it doesn't work, it doesn't work.

If you installed W10 less than 30 days ago, you can use the easy go back to W7 option in the settings section.

See this video for how to do that.

If it has been longer than 30 days, then you will need to use your W7 recovery disks to reinstall W7.

Hi again
The computer is about 3 years. Four months older than the time from where HP garantees the function.
Just for information.
