Yes, that looks like the same memory sold in the USA. 

 

The only difference is it says 10666 instead of 10600, but the person in the Netherlands said that didn't matter--according to G.Skill.

 

Other than that, everything matches.

 

I would go with the G.Skill memory.

 

It's a little bit more expensive than 2 of the other brand, but the main thing is that it works the first time you install it.
