Welcome to HP Support Forum. HP 250 G5 is a series of many different laptops therefore I don't know what is yours. In general: it has 2 slots for RAM and supports 16GB max. Please use the following compatible RAM

Sorry, this won't help. What is the CPU on your computer ? Is it an i7, i5 or i3 on the above list ? If yes then use above linsk.

Hi,

My serial number is : X0N34EA#ABU - this is not a s/n, it is a product number and from the following link it has Core i7 6500U / 2.5 GHz.
