Hi,

I am unable to connect a Razer Orochi Bluetooth mouse to my laptop. Specifically, when attempting to add the device, the mouse is not detected.

The Bluetooth adapter is working fine with other devices and, after exchanging multiple emails with Razer, it was established that the mouse is not defective (since it works on other systems). Therefore, it was suggested this is a Bluetooth driver/hardware issue. Any ideas on how to resolve it?

So far I have reinstalled and updated to the most recent Bluetooth driver.

Thanks,

Kostac

So, after a bit of research, I have discovered that the 'most recent' bluetooth driver available on HP's website is ridiculously outdated. Specifically, it is version 7.4.0.110. Meanwhile, I was able to find many more recent drivers on third party websites, the latest of which being version 8.0.1.350.
I am currently using this version of the driver without any issues. In addition, my laptop is now able to recognise and pair to the mouse. Unfortunately, the device is still not working.

Is anyone aware of any more recent versions of the driver for Windows 7, since all the ones that I found, released after 8.0.1.350, seem to be only suitable for Windows 10?

Thanks,

Kostac
