Thanks for the response! Btw, before posting this question, i do some search in this forum. Apparently there's quite a few hp laptop having the same problem. And i did find one similar case with the same laptop model.

I did click in the RAM quite a number of time (i guess more than 7 times). But surely i will try with your suggestion. Thanks again!

If you did a similar search on any computer motherboard or laptop you would find similar references. It is a regular but not very common failure mode of computers in general. We get the tip of the iceberg here of people with problems.
