I understand that you have a new HP ENVY - 13-ad018na. I read that the laptop disconnects from the home wifi network. The laptop connects fine to the mobile hotspot though. 

 

Fabulous analysis. Spectacular diagnosis of the issue before posting. Kudos to you for that. You've done a remarkable job performing the steps. 

 

I suggest you to perform the steps from this HP document. These steps help in fixing such wifi disconnect issues. 

 

I genuinely hope the issue gets resolved without hassles and the unit works great. Let me know what happens. Cheers! 🙂

Late reply I know. Very late actually lol. 

It's working fine now I followed the steps you said to and it worked.

So thank you!

 

I have a new issue now though lol. Hopefully I find a solution.
