I am having the same issue with Win7(64-bit). The WinMagiv Bootloader comes on, sends me to "Select User to Login". I log in and it says error and then restarts the computer. I was told I needed to mail in my computer (still under warranty)

Hello @Riegel
Thank you for posting in the HP Support forum.
I am afraid you have provided too little information to be able to assist you effectively and with concrete steps. The error you get makes me believe you run a business class PC with preboot authentication enabled/disk encrypted. For some reason, the encryption preboot file system and boot loader are corrupted. In such cases, the encryption may be removed. Particularly, to remove it the PC needs to be reimaged/reinstalled. If your computer is still with active warranty, send it to HP for assistance.
