Thanks,
I have 2 more questions and they are:
1. Why if I click my old programs like: Steam or Skype or something like that it says: Windows didn't find any of the items do you want to delete it ? I have it all in Windows.old folder how can I fix it ? 😕
2. How to make my taskbar transparant ? Because now it has a light blue color, everytime I put a background it will not come in that task bar.
These questions are like "apart" questions because it has nothing to do with "HP" you can answer it only if you know how to do it/why it is.

You're very welcome.
You can't run programs from the Windows.old folder.
The only thing you can do with that folder is to copy over files like documents, pictures and music to the same folders on your new windows installation.
All programs have to be reinstalled in order to work.
Did you install the graphics driver you need so that Windows Aero works?
If your model has the onboard Intel graphics you need this graphics driver.
How to tell if you need the graphics driver...
Go to the device manager and click to expand the Display Adapters category.
If you need the graphics driver, the device you see will be labeled Standard VGA Adapter.
If you do not need the graphics driver, you will see a model graphics driver listed such as the Intel HD graphics.
