I have a new HP Pavilion 17-e083ed with Realtek RTL8188EE 802.11bgn and an 120mbps internet speed.
On cable i get the full 120mbps bandwith but wireless 40-49mbps.
When i go to internet status it shows 54mbps
What goes here wrong??

54mbps is the max standard for g. What is your router ?

Scrolling down, you can see:
Maximum Wireless Speed: | 108 Mbps |
WiFi standards supported: | 802.11b (11 Mbps) 802.11g (54 Mbps) 802.11n (draft) |
That may explain where 54mbps comes from.

yeah thats right, but it allows 802.11 n draft what does that mean??
and i have an wifi repeater with n 300mbps an sitecom range extender but i got there only 55mbps but windows shows 150mbps, really weird.
what can i do more??
