You can order Recovery Media for less than $20 usually. Choose your country, then look for Call HP option to find the page with info>> Contact HP

i cant buy because i dont have paypal and am from west africa ..hope you see the reason why i want the the link to download it free..

I am sorry, but I don't know of any free download for Recovery Disks.

 

Have you tried tapping F11 key immediately after powering on the laptop to see if it will boot into Recovery from the hdd partition?

this is happened due to hardisk sector corrupted i contacted the hp support centre
