Hello,
My HP ProDesk 600 was infected by a ransomware a believe is Amnesia and several files on all hard drives and SSD attached to my HP are now encrypted.
I cannot access HP Recovey System with F11 key and hence make a System Recovery,
How can I reset my HP to factory set up?
Can I create a Recovery USB disk? How to I know the malware will not be passed to the new installation?
Thanks for any help.

Hello;
Allow me to welcome you to the HP forums!
Sorry, but I don't have very good news for you ...
If F11 does not work, the ONLY way to recover your PC to factory conditions is using something known as HP Recover Media -- which is a set of disks that reformats the drive, erasing all content, recreates the original partitions on the drive, and populates them with the OS, the drivers, and the HP utilities.
Ordinarily, I would recommend using HP Recovery Media to restore your PC to its original condition but unfortunately, HP no longer stocks the recovery media the older Win7 PCs.
You can try contacting HP Customer Support directly, using the links below, to see if you can order if from them:
If you live in the US or Canada, contact information is on this page: http://www8.hp.com/us/en/contact-hp/phone-assist.html#section1
If you live elsewhere, contact information is on this page: http://www8.hp.com/us/en/contact-hp/ww-contact-us.html
NOTE: After you get through, stay on the line until you are finally able to talk to some one -- it can take a while!
If you have trouble finding a phone number, then try: 1 (800) 474-6836
If HP no longer provides Recovery Media for your model, a couple of other sites you should check are: http://www.computersurgeons.com/ and http://www.restoredisks.com/
Before using the media, read through this: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c00006110
Good Luck
