I have 2 HP Elitebooks running Windows 7 Professional 64bits.
I have tried a lot of things but I had no sucess.
Installed sp63727 and received the message that this is not compatible:
Installed sp63793 and received the message that both ProtectTools are not copatible!
Trying to uninstall HP ProtectTools receive a message to uninstall a lot of programs, and I don't see where are all of them!:
Those are the HP programs installed on one of my notebooks:
Can anyone help to sort this out without loosing my fingerprint logins?
Thank you very much,
Jorge

Downloading the file from the numerical FTP server didn't work. Tried 4 times. I can't install Win 10 because the installer stumbles over removing HP ProtectTools, even though I already manually uninstalled all of the dependent programs that depend on HP ProtectTools Security Manager and then HP ProtectTools Security Manager itself. Now that program still appears on the Windows Uninstaller list, but clicking the link to uninstall doesn't work.
I am stumped. This was supposed to be an easy upgrade. Guess I'll stay with Win 7 Pro.

Don't uninstall hp protecttools ; that can made a problem for you any you
Simply follow this steps :
1- backup your system by segate disk wizard or acronis
2- create bootable media with acronis or disk wizard
3- uninstall privacy manager for hp protecttools ( you can do that by installing the last version or uninstall it with any uninstaller )
4- install hp client security version ( this is the new version of hp protecttools )
5- restart and upgrade
( it's better if you download windows 10 as iso and create usb media or burn it on dvd )
* never uninstall or try uninstall emdedded security because i tried that many times and made big problem
