Product: Business Notebook NC6320
Operating System: Microsoft Windows XP

I have a used NC6320 notebook that has a password high security locked BIOS. Can anyone help me unlock it? I called Hp tech support and they have a hard time understanding my problem.

I cannot enter the BIOS because the BIOS is password protected. Therefore, the BIOS cannot be upgraded to a newer version, and no changes can be made to the setup.
