I was given this as a donation for my sighthound rescue and is passworded says admin or password needed, Or I'd does bios utility update but I need to reset to factory settings...

Reboot the notebook, type in 44175569 and hit enter.

Hi,
At the password screen, hit enter 3 times and you should receive a 'halt code' - post back with this code.
