Reset hp stream 7. Asks for adim password or goes to bios update but nothing for reset to clear

Stream 7 tablet

I was given this as a donation for my sighthound rescue and is passworded says admin or password needed,   Or I'd does bios utility update but I need to reset to factory settings...

Hi,

 

At the password screen, hit enter 3 times and you should receive a 'halt code' - post back with this code.

Reboot the notebook, type in 44175569 and hit enter.

Now got to BitLocker.  Says enter recovery key to get going again
