Product: Hp mini 311
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)
I bought this laptop last summer at a garage sale and i want to restore it to factory settings because rhere are a ton of weird programs on it. I tried following the f8 and f11 promtps, but nothing looks similar. It came with windows 7 and it doesnt have a cd port. I worry if i do anything i wont be able to use the laptop at all.

No worries, as I'll be glad to help you, that said, I'll need a few more details to dissect your concern & provide an accurate solution: 

Did you look for the image on the HP website? Click here if you haven't yet.

 

Alternatively, Here's the MIE creator to re-image the computer and after a lot of research,  

I've found what appears to be a 3rd party link: Click here to find a solution
