Product: Pavilion M7 1015-dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)
I recently had to get a new hard drive for my laptop when I my HDD crashed and wouldn't boot, had some physical damage that caused it to not boot because it wasn't functioning properly, so I got an SSD in which I had to install Windows 7 on the SSD. Well it was just Windows 7 and not like if I did a factory restore because the HDD had a partition that kept those files in case I needed to reset the laptop. So I ended up having to get the Ralink wifi driver from another laptop and transfer the driver over from a USB to install it so I could go about getting over drivers without having to download them all to the USB and transfer them over. Well I apparently didn't get the driver for the sd card reader and when I plug the SD card in it doesn't recognize it. I assume it's the PCI device that's not being recognized in device manager and can't find the driver anytime I click let windows search for the driver in the internet.

How would I go about getting the driver for the device so I can download photos and videos from my SD card to my laptop?

Card reader is under Storage drivers. 

 

There is likely a lot of stuff here you need to install that Windows Update will just not pick up. Cool Sense, HP Power Manager, etc.. 

 

I would go through and install all that stuff.
