Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi There 

 

The Sd Card Reader is not recoginised by my windows 10 not even in my device manager. I Have tried the sd card in other devices and it works well. i had never inserted an sd card in my laptop since i purchased it (in october 2016). i had even installed drivers from hp support site . still no luck>

 

Please Help,

Hi,

Are these the drivers you have tried to install? As you can see there are two different drivers for Win 10:
