Welcome to this forum.

 

If you are a qualified computer technician, I presume that you would not be posting here, and would disassemble the laptop, diagnose the failing fan, and repair/replace it.

 

Since you're not, seek professional help.

 

If the computer is still under HP's warranty, contact them to start the repair process, at no cost to you.

 

If the warranty has ended, find a local computer technician to trouble-shoot and repair your computer.
