Nick, thank you, thank you. Leatherbytes and I have come to some conclusions. Make sure you do everything you can to steer people away from the YouTube video.  (read my reply to Leatherbytes within the last hour of this to get that URL,  it needs comments that it is wrong.)   There are also two topics here in HP Forum that are wrong and make people upset.

But all I really wanted to do here is come back and tell you YOU'RE GREAT, and we appreciate your contributing to working this out.

It is a pleasure, yellowrose. I only wish we had better news for everyone. And to your credit, steering people away from bad solutions is almost more important than giving the final answer. Nothing is more frustrating than having someone point in a direction that makes your problem even worse, instead of better. Way to go! BTW, this is all new to me which probably is a good indication of my level of frustration and anger directed to the parties responsible.
