Product: HP Pavilion - 15-cs3007tx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Whenever I touch to use the touchpad, the screen starts flickering but if I use the touch screen and proceed with my work, it doesn't flicker. I had hard reset done and post that if solved the issue for few days but started again after few update from Microsoft.

There is a short workaround, just not permanent solution!
