Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My product description is HP Pavilion x360 - 11-k102nia (ENERGY STAR). Can anybody help to adjust brightness of my screen? The brightness buttons wont work, neither it can be adjusted in the control panel. I uninstalled the driver that was under Display Adapter, and after that, the Microsoft Basic Display adapter was automatically installed. Its up to date. Please assist. Thanks

Same issue. No answer from support.

I found an old thread which had a drive download that might work, I'm testing it now (2nd link on here)
