Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi HP community!

 

My laptop screen starts flickering when moving the mouse cursor if laptop was shut down because of low battery. The flickering stops after a restart. The flickering is just a black screen. Hello TheoCleve,

 

It might have something to do with the latest Windows Update drivers.

We have a topic running under: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Video-Display-and-Touch/Laptop-Screen-Display-flickering/m-p/...

It has a solution, but its not permanent. It probably has something to do with Windows 11 and the Intel drivers.

We havent found a permanent solution yet.
