HP Pavilion 11-n010dx x360 PC
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I installed the new windows 10 creators update and now my touch screen isnt working. I have went to the device managger and looked for it under the human interface and it doesnt even show it. Please Help!

I can see you posted here, too and it seems you have done the correct thing - a.k.a. revert back the update.

You can temporary delay the upgrade/update using the methods described here >> https://www.windowscentral.com/how-delay-windows-10-creators-update-your-pc-and-why

 

If you want to try again, basically you need to be sure everything is updated.

 

- update your BIOS >> https://support.hp.com/rs-en/document/c00042629

- update all your drivers using HPSA tool or other methods >> https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03330139

 

- uninstall any 3rd party apps such as antivirus/security apps and install the Creator's Update again

 

** Make sure you back up your important files/data before attempting the above steps **
