Product: HP ENVY 17 Notebook PC J2U19EA
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Since Upgrading to windows 10 simplepass has stopped working. 

 

I tried updating today and got the following error -

 

AppHelp dialog canceled thus preventing the application from starting Error - C:\swsetup\sp71729\x64\HP SimplePass.msi

 

Can you please find solution and let me know whats next.

I searched for gpedit.msc

 

settings opened but said no results for this.
