Slow battery charging time

If its through HP you won’t have to fill out any forums, it really just depends on where you got the additional protection from.

I a having hp15 and it works perfectly but my problem is the laptop doesn't charge quick . it takes like 8 hours to full.....
pls can someone tell me how to solve this problem... please anybody

Does yours charge faster when it's in use? That's what's happening to me.

I put a new battery in my HP Envy Pro laptop today because the old one died. It's charging fine when on and awake, but when I close the lid, the battery barely charges at all. 1% in seven minutes.

Is this normal and I just never realized it? When I'm using my laptop, it charges 1-3% a minute.
