While the post does not really say what you want, it is assumed it requests help with that error.  Hard disk 1. (301) is a warning that the hard drive either has failed or is going to fail very soon.  If the computer can still boot, backups need to be made before it fails completely.  If it fails to boot, then the hard drive needs to be replaced.

 

In either case the hard drive needs to be replaced.
