I would deeply appreciate your advice on how I can stop my Computer from deleting characters when I hit the Space-Bar. And advise me what I did to start it. Thank you very much!

Hi,

Try holding down the fn key and press the prt sc/ins key.

If the "ins" key, is at the top, and included above the "prt sc" key, I have done that without success. Should I press/hold  "Ctrl" or "Alt" while I do this "ins" process?

Note: I am not in a "Word" program, but rather in a Forum.

Thank you, Very much! (Would you mind explaining just how I got myself into that predicament, in the First place?)

Hi,

You're welcome and good to hear it's Ok :generic:

Most likely, the fn key was held down and the prt sc/ins button was pressed accidentally as it is just a on/off toggle - I'm forever doing this sort of thing :LaughingTears:

All the best,
